abril 1 a las 4:14 pmWhat an exceptional place! We were here on a Saturday night and upon arrival the owner greeted us and took us to our table. She recommended seating us in front of their wine cellar, and what a cellar it is! We did the 4-course menu and loved every bite. Such attention to detail and balance of textures made the dishes special. The staff was attentive as well. We ended the evening with a tour of the cellar, kitchen (which was clean and organized) and the paddle ball courts which are part of the shared hotel property. Absolutely worth a visit when in the valley. I’ve been to quite a few Michelin restaurants and this one stacks up in comparison.
